stillrunningsi.com
Small-business AI automations that are still running.
A searchable database of workflows that survived 90+ days in real operations — plus a weekly newsletter: 3 that survived, 1 that died.
The 90-day survival rule
An automation is listed only if it meets both conditions:
- Running 90+ days — continuous production use for at least three months.
- Re-checked within 60 days — we confirm it is still alive (or mark it died) on a recent verification.
Demo-day hype does not qualify. Survival does.
How it works
1. Submit
Operators share a live workflow: tools, cost, hours saved, what broke, and lessons.
2. Verify
We check the 90-day clock and re-verify within 60 days. Stale entries leave the live list.
3. Learn
Search by industry and category. Read the graveyard. Steal what lasts.
3 that survived, 1 that died
